Change of Mind:
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Sale Items:
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for sale items.
Faulty or Defective Items:
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us at admin@code37.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo if possible.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange for the return shipping at our expense and send you a replacement item.
Conditions for Exchanges:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
